About the Course
Enjoy a yoga class from the comfort of your home. Using Zoom, u are able to join a class with maximum 6 other participants. These online sessions are focused on vinyasa yoga.
Vinyasa is a beatiful type of yoga where every pose is connected to each other in one continuous flow. The poses are fun, creative and can be challenging as well. As you practice more and more, you will experience a clear development in your mind and body.
There are two classes per week and with a monthly subscription u can join as many classes as u like.
